COVID-19 Operating Procedure Updates

New Hours of Operation.

Our Hours of Operation are 10a.m. to 5p.m., Monday to Friday (closed weekends and holidays).

We kindly ask that you call in your prescription refills or use the online "Request Rx Refills" feature so that we can fill your order ahead of your pick-up.

Face masks are now required for entry.

If you arrive at the pharmacy without a mask, you will be expected to wait outside. Please knock on the outside door and we will come to meet you there.

We also have face masks available for purchase!

Social distancing is in effect.

Only ONE (1) person is allowed inside the pharmacy at a time to maintain social distancing rules. Please ensure that there is no one ahead of you before entering. You may be asked to wait inside your car if your order will take longer to prepare.

DO NOT, under any circumstance, enter the pharmacy if...

... you are ill or have been in contact with anyone who has COVID-19 or has been instructed to self-isolate by Public Health or a healthcare provider.

INR Testing

‍We offer INR testing in our private clinic room at Mitchell Medical Pharmacy. In certain circumstances, in-home INR testing may be available. It’s fast, easy, and virtually painless.

Immunizations & Injections

Our pharmacist is certified to administer vaccinations including flu shots, the shingles vaccine, and many common travel vaccines. Please call to schedule an appointment.

Prescription Home Delivery

We offer free prescription delivery in Mitchell and Stratford weekdays from 3:30p.m. to 4:30p.m.!
